Death Screen

 Since we might possibly not have a death animation I have mocked up a death screen idea. 

I sort of got the idea from temple runs screen - in that is appears over the game.

I think this type of thing could work. Will discuss with the team to see if they want any form of message on the screen. However I think it could work with just the score.

Taking a while to mock these up as ive been making all the words in maya then playing around with different concrete colours.
